Hope That Can Last a Lifetime: Reaching Children in Egypt
At children’s events throughout Egypt, the Gospel is shared through music, games, teaching, and caring, age-appropriate activities. Working alongside trusted local ministry partners, GCMM’s Arabic ministry hopes to reach even more children with a simple but powerful message: You are precious, you are loved, and you are important to God.
There is hardly an empty seat in the room. As the music begins, hands go up and children eagerly join in. One moment is filled with laughter; the next, the room becomes quiet as they listen closely.
The joyful program is about much more than entertainment. It helps build trust and creates opportunities for children to hear about the love of Jesus in a way that is meaningful and easy for them to understand.
With gratitude and joy, GCMM’s Arabic ministry continues reaching children throughout Egypt. Through children’s gatherings, special events, and other activities, the Gospel is shared simply and lovingly in ways that connect with children at their stage of life.
Music, play, participation, Bible teaching, and personal interaction come together to create a safe and welcoming environment where every child can feel noticed, valued, and heard.
For many children, a place like this can mean more than we realize—a place where they encounter trustworthy adults, friendship, joy, acceptance, and hope. It can make a lasting difference for a child to hear that they are not insignificant or forgotten. They were created by God, and they are deeply loved by Him.
A Child Is Precious Today
In ministry to children, they are not seen simply as tomorrow’s adults or future leaders. Each child is already a whole and precious person today.
At the same time, experiences during childhood can have an impact that lasts for years. A word of encouragement, a prayer, or a story about the love of Jesus planted in a child’s heart may remain with them long into adulthood.

Media Reaches the Multitudes—Children’s Ministry Meets Them Face to Face
Children’s ministry is one part of GCMM’s broader Arabic ministry, where media outreach, trusted local ministry partners, and personal follow-up work together to reach people with the Gospel.
In 2025, GCMM’s Arabic department produced approximately 1,000 television programs that were broadcast across 16 satellite channels. Evangelistic content from the digital Mega City Media Campaign in Egypt received more than 44 million views. In addition, more than 25,000 people took part in personal message conversations with follow-up teams.
These numbers show the remarkable reach of GCMM’s Arabic ministry and the opportunities media provides to connect with people across the region.
Through television and digital media, a message of hope can travel great distances in a very short time. Local children’s ministry brings that same message into a more personal setting, meeting children face to face and responding to their questions, joys, and needs.
The goal is not only to reach large audiences, but also to reach individual children and help them understand that they are known, valued, and loved by God.
