Not many people in the West are aware that children convicted of crimes in Russia are put in maximum security prisons. The tragedy is that the crime on the street began in the home where they were victims of parental neglect or abuse. IRR/TV Ministries stands alone in ministering to the physical and spirrtual needs of these children, in partnership with local Russian evangelical churches. This 5 minute video outlines their plight and their promise for a better tomorrow.

Hannu shares how a strategy of focused media saturation with Christian life stories through television, radio, internet and advertising impacts entire cities in Russia and other nations of the former USSR. Hannu also shares about the humanitarian outreach to some of the most forsaken children in the world found in prison camps across the former Soviet Union.
