Changed Lives

No Churches - Just Pubs

My father drinks heavily and my mother forces him...I have received Jesus as my Saviour. Now mother too wants to become a believer but father is pressuring her not to. Father says I am a fanatic. I want father to read your book and stop drinking. I know alcoholism is a sickness but God can heal sickness. But, for this to happen faith is needed. Faith comes by hearing God's word. There are no churches in our area - only pubs. Young people here drink a lot as well. I ask yo to pray for our town. I too pray but it is difficult to pray alone.

God bless you,

- Svetlana, Poltava
