 Throughout the Middle East and North Africa the number one way to watch television is by satellite. Satellite dishes litter the roofs of every Arabic town and city. Even the poorest family will have a television and satellite receiver, no matter how modest their means. Unlike North America, most satellite TV in the Middle East is free to receive and there is a thirst for programming that is independent of the government media.
"Your Life in a Story" is a very popular Arabic series produced by Great Commission Media Ministries and broadcast on Sat7 and other Arabic satellite networks as well as On Demand Netcast on some of GCM Ministries 8 Arabic language Christian websites. Dr. Zakaria Estawro takes a story from modern Arabic life, often a story submitted by a viewer and connects it with the teaching of Christ in the Bible.
